The University Library is offering a number of English-language training courses and guided tours of the library facilities.

For the benefit of our international students and academics, we offer guided tours as well as training seminars in English.

Getting to know your Library

During orientation weeks ("O-Woche") we offer introductory library tours of the Central Library and the Computer Science & Mathematics reading room. No registration needed, feel free to stop by.

Research Essentials: How to Find Resources & Improve Your Search Skills

This course will introduce participants to research strategies and library resources. You will learn how to use key online tools for finding various types of material for your paper or thesis.

Referencing with Citavi

In this course we will explore the basic features of the reference management software Citavi. You will learn how to use Citavi effectively for your paper, dissertation or thesis.
