Philip C. Jessup Moot Court Competition
The University of Passau has the honour to host the German National Rounds of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. The Jessup Moot Court Competition is the world‘s largest and oldest international law moot court competition. It is a simulation of a fictional dispute between States before the International Court of Justice (ICJ). Students from more than 20 German Universities will participate in this competition.
This year the Jessup Competition will touch issues related to transboundary aquifers, basic human rights including the rights to food and water and flows of refugees.
We cordially invite you to watch the hearings. A detailed schedule can be found on our website.
