On Wednesday, 15 October, our student clubs and societies will be presenting themselves on the Refectory Forecourt from 14:00 to 16:30. In case of bad weather, the event will be held one week later, on 22 October at the same place and time.
If your student society or club would like to participate in the event, please send an e-mail to asta@uni-passau.de by no later than Sunday, 5 October. Once you receive a reply from AStA, your registration is confirmed.
A table and at least one section of the pin board is reserved for each participating society or club. If you need additional materials or more space, please mention this in your registration e-mail. Power outlets will not be provided. Please also note that it is prohibited to distribute food or drinks and to play music.
