If you experience any issues with exam registration, please submit a ticket via the Self Service Portal KIX to the responsible staff member in the Examinations Office for your degree program.

Please note: Registration for exams is mandatory. Students who do not register for an exam are not entitled to participate.

To complete your registration successfully, you must register in your specialisation area for both Oral Examination I and Oral Examination II.

Withdrawal from the examination registration (cancellation) is also possible up to and including Friday, 24 April 2026 via the campus portal.

Please note that participation in the examinations is only possible if you have registered within the specified deadline.

BibBot serves as a virtual information assistant that can answer your questions about the University Library’s services and resources around the clock. The chatbot’s responses are based on verified information from our website; literature searches for individual titles in our collection are not part of its feature set. In addition to the integrated feedback functions, you can also contact our support team directly in any chat session by selecting “Create Ticket”.

To mark the launch of BibBot, the University Library is hosting a prize draw open to all students who wish to test the chatbot. Among all participants, a “Bibbag” will be awarded as the main prize, along with book vouchers worth €15 and €20.

Take the opportunity to try out BibBot and participate in the prize draw by following these steps:

1. Start a new chat with BibBot and ask a question.
2. Create a ticket for the University Library by clicking the “Create Ticket” button below the chatbot’s response.
3. A new window will open. In the text field “Additional Context (optional)”, enter the keyword “#gewinnspiel”.
4. Click “Create Ticket Text” and then “Submit Ticket” in the next window.

By completing these steps, you will be entered into the prize draw.
The submission deadline is 21 April 2026.

Please note that responses generated by artificial intelligence should always be critically evaluated, as automatically generated content may contain potential biases or inaccuracies.

Have fun exploring BibBot!

All bicycles that still have the tags attached after four weeks will be collected in May and taken into storage for six months. During this six-month period, you can pick it up from the University Technical Services team (Innstrasse 37, phone: +49 851 509 1232). Bicycles that have not been picked up by the end of the storage period will be disposed of.
