From 16:00 to 22:00, a varied programme will be taking place on the open-air stage and in the Innsteg Auditorium, organised and supported by students, university staff, and EW musicians.  Professor Christina Hansen, Vice President for International Affairs and Diversity, and EW Director Dr Carsten Gerhard will be opening the festival at 16:00.

Rock, soul, indie pop, folk, swing, and classical genres will hit the stage – sometimes pure and sometimes in exciting fusion. With a rich lineup of music and performances on the Innwiese lawn paired with a picnic vibe, the afternoon will have everything you could wish for. For the evening programme, the Landestheater Niederbayern and the Lower Bavarian Philharmonic Orchestra will perform a curated selection of classical pieces in the Innsteg Auditorium. Refreshments will be provided on site. Admission is free.

We are grateful to all involved, the Europäische Wochen Festival team, the Landestheater Niederbayern, and especially the Cultural Promotions Department of the Student Services Association for supporting and organising the student input! We hope you will celebrate with us on Thursday!
