 at the University of Ghana, Faculty of Law, in Accra/Ghana. A fully qualif
 ied Ghanaian lawyer, he holds an LL.M from the London School of Economics,
  where he is currently completing a doctorate in the area of arbitration a
 nd cross-border insolvencies under English law. His primary research inter
 ests lie in the fields of corporate governance, the law of corporate finan
 ce, corporate insolvency law and duties of company directors in the contex
 t of insolvencies and climate change.
