2022 International Dragon-Boat Cup

The dragon boats are back: Starting 2 p.m. on Thursday, 7 July 2022, the Sports Centre will once again hold the Dragon-Boat Cup, which this year seeks to underline the friendly partnerships between Czechia, Austria and Germany and the idea of a common and peaceful future in Europe. The patron is the Vice President for International Affairs and Diversity of the University of Passau.

The event will be held at the rowing and canoeing facilities of the University of Passau at Innstrasse 125. International-racing-standard dragon boats will be provided and steered by the organisers. It's worthwhile for contestants to come in fancy dress for this event, because both the teams' performance and the best costumes will be judged. Interested teams (18+1) can register now.
