Erasmus+ Online Application

The application for funding through the Erasmus+ Internship Grant is done online via an application portal.
Procedure:
- Complete the online Erasmus Internship Grant Application form under "My Application" and submit it online.
- Sign the pdf document created in the process.
- Please summarise the complete application documents (with signed online application form and checklist) in one PDF document andsend it by e-mail to auslandspraktikum@uni-passau.de (with the subject: Erasmus+ Application First Name Last Name Traineeship Start XX-XX-XXXX).
Important: Application procedure for the Erasmus+ traineeship grant now digital only!
Applications for the Erasmus+ Internship Scholarship must now only be submitted digitally as a PDF tothe Centre for Careers and Competencies.
Please summarise the complete application documents (with signed online application form) in one PDF document and send it by e-mail to auslandspraktikum@uni-passau.de (with the subject: Erasmus+ Application First Name Last Name Traineeship Start XX-XX-XXXX).
6 weeks before the start of the internship
- In justified exceptional cases (e.g. internship commitment at short notice), the deadline can be deviated from after consultation. However, proof of this (e.g. e-mail from the internship institution) must be submitted. The acceptance of applications that are received less than 6 weeks before the start of the internship is at the discretion of Ref. IV/2 Careers and Competencies.
- In addition to the timely receipt of the application, the completeness of the documents, the fulfilment of the formal requirements as well as the availability of the funding are criteria for the awarding of the scholarships.
- Checklist
- Letter of motivation in German or English
- Europass curriculum vitae in German or English (without internship certificates etc.)
- Proof of foreign language skills (national or working language of the destination country, e.g. HISQIS extract)
If the working language is your native language, please use our template. - Insurance document stating validity abroad (Important: health, liability and accident insurance - do not submit any additional documents regarding proof of insurance!)
- Learning Agreement for Traineeships with full details of the planned traineeship:
- Exact daily period ofthe internship
- Name of the professional supervisor
- More detailed internship contents
- The signatures (scan possible) of the internship institution and the applying student are already required at the time of application. The signature of the ZKK is only required if the Erasmus+ scholarship is approved. Please also refer to our instructions for completion.
- Account statement/scorecard from HISQIS (passed and failed exams)
- Certificate(s) of enrolment for the entire internship period
- Please submit enrolment certificates that are not yet available as soon as possible.
- Note for graduates: Certificate of enrolment only required at the time of application; in addition, a certificate of exmatriculation or the degree certificate must be submitted subsequently.
- Optional:Declaration on honour for sustainable travel
- Optional: Declaration on honour for special funding
- Note: Theadditional funding for first-time graduates and working students can only be applied for from the start of the internship on 01 October 2022.
- Optional: Application for language course funding
