DESCRIPTION:Enhance your confidence and effectiveness when teaching in Engl
 ish as a non-native speaker. This practical workshop addresses the unique 
 challenges of delivering engaging, clear instruction in a second language 
 while maintaining teaching authenticity. Participants will develop strateg
 ies for clearer communication, learn techniques to manage language anxiety
 , and discover methods to create inclusive learning environments for diver
 se student populations, among others, using AI tools. The workshop covers 
 essential skills including simplifying complex concepts for international 
 audiences, facilitating discussions effectively, handling questions confid
 ently, and adapting your teaching style to different cultural learning pre
 ferences. Through interactive exercises, peer feedback, and practical simu
 lations, participants will build the linguistic and pedagogical tools need
 ed to teach successfully in English. They will also learn to leverage tech
 nology, including AI and visual aids to support comprehension and create m
 aterials that work for both native and non-native English speakers, combin
