Two prestigious programs invite scholars and professionals to explore topics central to transatlantic relations and international security. Fulbright is currently accepting applications for two distinguished scholarship programs: the Fulbright Schuman Program and the Fulbright-NATO Security Studies Award.

The Fulbright Schuman Program supports European citizens who wish to conduct research in the United States with a focus on the transatlantic relationship. Projects may address topics related to EU affairs or policies, or the broader U.S.-EU agenda. This program offers an excellent opportunity to engage in research that deepens the understanding of transatlantic cooperation. More information

The Fulbright-NATO Security Studies Award, part of the Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program, offers funding for postdoctoral researchers, professors, and professionals to conduct research or teach at a U.S. institution for a period of three months. The award seeks to foster awareness and understanding of NATO and to stimulate debate on issues related to peace, security, and defense. Eligible fields include, but are not limited to, cybersecurity, military history, nuclear disarmament and non-proliferation, peace and security, security studies, and transatlantic studies.
