New guidelines on room allocation

In the summer, the University Executive adopted new guidelines on room allocations [German content]. The main aim of these guidelines is to introduce greater transparency to the the room application and allocation process for all event organisers and event types and to provide a definitive answer to questions frequently asked by organisers.
