Declaration of consent to the processing of your data
By submitting an enquiry or a suggestion I consent to the processing of my data by the University of Passau for the purpose of answering my enquiry or suggestion. The legal basis for this is art. 6 (1) (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). My data will be used exclusively for the purpose of processing my enquiry/suggestion and will be deleted on 15 April or 1 October, whichever comes first. My data will not be submitted to any third parties. I have been informed of my rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), specifically art. 15 (right of access), art. 16 (right to rectification), art. 17 (right to erasure) and art. 18 (right to restriction of processing). I am aware that I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time by giving notice to the University of Passau.
