Whether you have just arrived in Passau or have been part of our university community for years, sometimes the abundance of information can be overwhelming at first glance. Our team, consisting of members from the Student Registration Office, Academic Advice Service, the International Office, and the International Support Services, is available to assist you on a rotating basis.
No appointments are necessary; you can drop by during the Infopoint opening hours and get help with your questions about studies, formalities or general matters. The Infopoint is located in the foyer of the Administration Building at Innstrasse 41.
Opening hours:
Mondays to Thursdays: 08:30 – 14:00
Fridays: 08:30 – 12:30
ATTENTION: During the lecture-free period in August, the Infopoint is only staffed between 10:00 - 12:00!
