Notice regarding exam scheduling in the PHIL and IM buildings during the summer semester of 2026

Due to planned construction work on the elevators in the PHIL and IM buildings, noise is expected during the following periods.

Therefore, Facility Management recommends that you refrain from holding exams there entirely: PHIL: May 18, 2026 to July 10, 2026 IM: June 29, 2026 to August 28, 2026

The ZIM Room Allocation Office and Department IX – Facility Management urgently request that you take these periods into account when scheduling your exams. If you have scheduled an exam in one of the affected buildings during the aforementioned periods, please contact the ZIM Room Allocation Office to check the availability of alternative rooms in different buildings.
