• Opening of lecture theatres, seminar rooms, PC pools
• Contact persons for problems in the classrooms
• Contact persons for students, University staff and visitors
• Contact persons for lost property
• Mail processing and parcel distribution
• Support for photocopiers (not in all buildings)
• Provision of event furniture (ordering of event furniture via Department II/6 - Event Management)
