Revised PYREC Excellence Programme – more research-oriented, more modern, more sustainable.

The University of Passau’s PYREC Excellence Programme has been comprehensively revised and supports PhD students and postdocs/habilitation candidates in their academic and personal development.

The programme focuses on key competencies that are essential for successful careers in academia, industry, and society alike. These include leadership and teamwork, science communication, research management, network building, as well as personal and professional development.
The programme starts in October 2026. Applications can be submitted until 16 August 2026.
