Welcome reception: September 28 (Monday)

Please note that this registration confirms your place at the welcome reception. We will provide a welcome drink and small snacks. If you would like to stay for dinner, participants are responsible for paying for their own food and drinks at the restaurant. We strongly encourage participants to join, as many restaurants are closed on Monday evenings.

Social Run: September 30 (Wednesday)

Please note that participation in the social run is entirely optional. Participants take part at their own risk, and the conference organizers accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation. The run will be approximately 6.8km and take you along a scenic route in Passau. If you select “yes”, we will share your email with the run organizer for coordination.

Please note that places in this session are limited. Submitted papers will be reviewed based on their fit with the theme of the special issue, and selected participants will be informed as soon as possible.
