Free, individual careers coaching for female early career researchers

The Executive Support Unit for Diversity and Gender Equality is offering individual careers coaching for female postgraduate students (i.e. Master's students), teaching and research assistants as well as doctoral, postdoctoral and habilitation candidates.

Career plans, personal development and the reconciliation of professional and private life goals can be discussed as part of the coaching programme. The coaching sessions are offered free of charge. They are conducted by systemic consultant and therapist Elena Bleyer, who holds a master's degree in Gender, Culture and Social Change.
