Im Rahmen des Professorinnenprogramms III werden individuelle Coachings für Professor*innen angeboten. Ziel des Angebots ist es, die Beratungskompetenz von betreuenden Personen zu stärken, insbesondere im Hinblick auf geschlechtsspezifische Karrierehemmnisse oder die Vereinbarkeit von Familie und wissenschaftlicher Qualifikation. Die Coachings werden von Frau Dr. Meike Lauggas durchgeführt. In einem vertraulichen Rahmen können im Einzelgespräch mit Frau Dr. Lauggas lösungsorientiert Ziele und weitere Schritte erarbeitet und geklärt werden, aufbauend auf Ihrem Bedarf und Ihren Ressourcen. Die Terminvergabe für die Coachings erfolgt individuell per E-Mail.

Um Sie beim Übergang vom Studium zur Promotion optimal zu unterstützen und finanziell abzusichern,  gibt es an der Universität Passau die Exposé-Förderung.
Dabei erhalten Sie eine Stelle als wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft an der Universität Passau für zunächst sechs Monate, um die Gelegenheit zu haben, erste Schritte Ihrer Promotion zu planen und eine weiterführende Finanzierung für Ihre Promotion vorzubereiten.

Vom 21. bis 23.02.2022 beleuchtet die Winter School der Universität Würzburg die Rolle des Geschlechts in den Medien. Zentrale Themen sind unter anderem der Zusammenhang von Gender und Sprache, die Rolle von Gender in den sozialen Medien und Hate Speech oder Kunst und Gender. 

Bitte melden Sie sich bis zum 11.02.2022 per E-Mail an. Bitte geben Sie in der E-Mail Ihren vollständigen Namen, Adresse, Geburtsdatum, Universität, Studienfach und Fachsemester sowie Ihre Motivation für die Teilnahme an. 

Ende November sind die neuen "She Figures – Gender in Research and Innovation – Statistics and Indicators" erschienen. Die englischsprachige Publikation erscheint alle drei Jahre neu. Alle darin verwendeten Zahlen beziehen sich in der Regel auf die Jahre 2018 oder 2019; Quelle sind Eurostat-Daten.

Individual coaching for professors is offered within the framework of the Professorinnenprogramm III. The aim of this offer is to strengthen the counselling skills of the persons in charge, especially with regard to gender-specific career barriers or the compatibility of family and academic qualifications. The coaching sessions are conducted by Dr Meike Lauggas. In a confidential setting, goals and further steps can be developed and clarified with Dr. Lauggas in a solution-oriented manner, building on your needs and resources. Appointments for the coaching sessions are made individually by e-mail.

In order to provide you with optimal support and financial security during the transition from your studies to your doctorate, the University of Passau offers the starter grant.
Here you will receive a position as a research assistant at the University of Passau for an initial period of six months, giving you the opportunity to plan the first steps of your doctorate and to prepare further funding for your doctorate.
