Have you experienced discrimination at the University of Passau or witnessed it happening to someone else and would like to report it?
To enable the University of Passau to support you in such an incident, you can report incidents via our platform. This can also be done anonymously. Incoming reports are treated confidentially.
If you would like to discuss an incident personally, our contact points are of course also available to support you in cases of discrimination.
In the case of a threat, please contact the threat management.
The following persons are responsible for managing the anonymous reporting platform:

The positions are supported by the Psychosocial Counselling Service at the University of Passau.
How does a report work?

There you can provide details about the incident. If you wish, you can provide your name, but you can also leave it out. Please describe the incident as accurately as possible and answer the questions so that we can process the case as effectively as possible.
Before submitting the report, you will be asked for a password. After sending the message, you will also receive a 16-digit ID. You can use this to log in and access your previous communications. Please be sure to remember your ID and password!
What happens after I made a report?
The contact person for anti-discrimination, the contact person for cases of sexual harassment or sexualised violence, and the psychosocial counselling service will be notified of the receipt of your report. We will contact you and discuss various options for action with you. Further steps will only be taken with your consent.
