The University of Passau has a threat management team that helps you assess behaviour that is perceived as threatening or concerning and supports you in the implementation of necessary measures.
The Threat Management Team offers support if you find yourself in a difficult situation. It is intended to be a trustworthy means of contact for you, in which you are assured of discretion and fairness, within the scope of what is legally permissible. Our aim is to provide you with advice and support if you find yourself in an acute situation.
The concept of threat management provides for the support, advice and accompaniment of the parties involved in the phases of establishing contact, initial counselling, ascertaining the state of affairs, assessing the case and implementing necessary measures. The offer is intended to mitigate risks and promote safety and is aimed at both students and staff.
