hereby consent to the processing of my data by the University of Passau in connection with my registration for the sample event. The legal basis for this consent is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. My data will be used exclusively for the purpose of registering for the sample event and will be deleted annually on xx/xx. My data will not be disclosed to third parties. I have been expressly informed of my rights under Art. 15 GDPR (right of access), Art. 16 GDPR (right to rectification), Art. 17 GDPR (right to erasure), and Art. 18 GDPR (right to restriction of processing). Furthermore, I may revoke this consent at any time by notifying the University of Passau.
By registering for the poster competition, I confirm my participation. I agree to submit my poster by the specified deadline and to comply with all terms and conditions of participation. If, after registering, I find that I am unable to participate, I will notify the organizers immediately so that my spot can be reassigned.
