Individual Career Coachings

The free career coaching service is designed to provide support with career planning, personal development and balancing professional and personal goals. The service offered by the Women's Representatives is aimed at female Master's students, doctoral candidates, post-docs, post-doctoral researchers and research assistants.

Topics may include:

• Clarity about one's own professional role and development
• Recognising and naming personal and professional strengths and weaknesses
• Dealing with one's own resources
• Possible career paths (e.g. in science or business)
• Work-life balance
• Reconciling family and career

The coaching sessions are conducted by Elena Bleyer, a systemic consultant and systemic therapist who, during her master's degree with a focus on ‘Gender, Culture and Social Change’, dealt in depth with the topics of intersectionality and diversity.

At the moment coachings are only possible in German.
