Internships
You have completed an internship and would like to have it accepted as a compulsory internship? This is usually done after you completed your internship, as it requires the written internship report. It is not the ZKK that decides on acceptance, but the internship officer for your degree programme.
Faculty of Arts and Humanities
If you have any questions regarding approval, please contact the relevant internship officer. You have to submit the internship approval request form (German) to the internship officer for your degree programme together with a report and an internship certificate confirming the exact duration of the internship (number of days!).
For the Faculty of Law
For questions regarding the JAPO (2003, §25 and §49) state examination in law, contact the Landesjustizprüfungsamt (state judicial examination board).
Other faculties
There are no compulsory internships for subject/faculties not listed above. If required, however, you can request a non-binding letter of recommendation from the ZKK for the completion of a voluntary internship.
The internship guidelines for the bachelor’s and master’s programmes of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities provide information on the objective, content, duration, time and approval of internships as well as on the preparation of an internship report. Furthermore, the guidelines contain information on those study programmes for which a compulsory internship is required by the study and examination regulations.
If you have subject-related questions regarding the internship, students of the larger-scale programmes of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities can contact the programme coordinators.
Students enrolled at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities should contact the relevant faculty contacts if they have any questions regarding BAföG form 6.
If you have any further questions regarding BAföG, please contact the Student Services Association for Lower Bavaria/Upper Palatinate.
