The now fully English-taught B.Sc. Mathematics programme imparts a broad introduction to the fundamental structures and methods of mathematics and fosters high-level analytical and logical thinking skills. It creates a solid foundation for students who intend to subsequently study mathematical or interdisciplinary Master's degree programmes and provides them with excellent career prospects in business, technology and research.
Also new is the M.A. Geographies of Sustainability in which students learn – through hands-on projects, field trips and research – how socially just, ecologically viable and economically stable transformations can be spatially analysed and actively shaped, for example in the areas of sustainable tourism, regional development or climate adaptation. Attend our webinar on 13 April to find our more about this exciting programme.
