On Wednesday, July 16, 2025, the Chair of Intercultural Communication cordially invites you to a public guest lecture by professor Luciara Nardon.
Under the title “Making sense of immigrant integration”, the scholar from Carleton University, Ottawa, will present findings from 15 years of research in Canada on the topic of immigrant work integration, and shed light on the diverse perspectives and needs of various stakeholders. Work integration will be highlighted as a process of awareness-raising involving multiple actors (immigrants, organizations, communities and governments) and multiple levels (individual, interactive, organizational and institutional).
Professor Nardon is Professor of International Business at Carleton University’s Sprott School of Business. With degrees from universities in multiple countries she offers insights into multicultural phenomena in international business.
