Ukrainian Refugees in Germany and the United States since Russia’s Invasion: Implications for Global Refugee Policy

The interdisciplinary workshop offers a transnational perspective on Ukrainian migration to the US and Germany since Russia's invasion in 2022. Individual presenters will address legal and social policies guiding Ukrainian refugee admission and (temporary or longer-term) integration into Germany and the United States as well as their representation and treatment in both countries.
