As part of the transition to the new examination regulations for the Law degree program, students who had not yet selected a specialization were transferred accordingly. Previously completed coursework was automatically recognized.
In the course of this process, it was identified that there were still open exam registrations from the winter semester 2025/26 for the exam in General Administrative Law and Administrative Procedure Law (2nd exam) with the examination number 8202. Following consultation with the examiner, Professor Schröder, this exam was not conducted in anticipation of the transition to the new examination regulations.
The affected exam registrations have therefore been uniformly recorded as withdrawals and have been closed accordingly. The entry has also been made in the Bachelor’s program Legal Tech.
