Student helpers

The student helpers will assist you with filling in the documents you have to submit at the Bürgerbüro or the Ausländeramt for your registration or residence permit application in Passau. Finally, the student helpers will assist you with questions concerning your studies or your timetable.

Access to the virtual advice sessions

Here, you will find the access information for the virtual advice sessions with the student helpers. For security reasons, these are only published an hour ahead of the time when each session commences. Please make a note of the time when your preferred session starts and visit this page a few minutes beforehand!
