The Bayerische Landesanstalt für Weinbau und Gartenpflege (Bavarian state institute for viticulture and horticulture, LWG) is offering another two guided tours of our Urban Gardening Demonstration Garden between the central library and business/economics building this summer. Ms Heike Behrends will guide you through the show garden, the flagship project for the District of Lower Bavaria, under the motto "Summer in the City Garden", and tell all kinds of interesting facts about growing vegetables and herbs in an urban environment.
The 45-minute tours will take place on 25 July at 5 p.m. and on 20 August at 10:30 a.m., attendance is free of charge. Please register for the guided tour with LWG/Bayerische Gartenakademie by sending an email to fuehrungen@lwg.bayern.de.
