The conference examines and designs spaces from the perspectives of art, geography, religious studies and other interdisciplinary perspectives and interventions. It is based on the assumption that spaces shape patterns of experience and that cognitive, emotional and social behaviour leads to the design of spaces. Through keynote speeches, site visits and local explorations, as well as art-based research and design, spaces are examined, experienced and transformed from multiple perspectives.
