During the seminar, students will work in virtual teams on an innovative entrepreneurial project and write on the basis of empirical data a case study, using their entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation skills to break down complex problems and develop innovative solutions. They will illustrate by the help of the case study the challenges entrepreneurs face and solutions they find. A particular challenge will be working in multicultural teams, which will illustrate and experience interculturality in a practical way. Thus, the seminar deals with the challenges and opportunities that arise for intercultural start-ups.
The seminar will be held in English.
