Discover your new home town together with student guides! AEGEE members will be offering guided tours through the city of Passau at the following times:
Unless stated otherwise, the tours start at the Upper Archway of the Nikolakloster (NK) building.
Immerse yourself in Passau's rich history! Our path winds its way to one of the most beautiful vantage points in the city of three rivers. From here, we can admire the many baroque buildings of the old town or let our gaze wander into neighboring Austria. The Veste Oberhaus is a 13th-century fortress that houses a museum and an observation tower, and is a great place to linger. If we're lucky, we will also have the chance to witness a beautiful sunset!

Join AEGEE on a beautiful autumn hike along the Ilz River. The trail leads through idyllic forests, past moss-covered rocks and the waters of the “Black Pearl of the Bavarian Forest.” Along the way, you’ll find picturesque viewpoints, quiet spots to pause, and the opportunity to discover the region’s unique flora and fauna. Bring your own lunch so we can enjoy a break together during the hike. Please wear sturdy footwear and bring a towel!

This beautiful Bavarian city is located at the Isar river and worth a visit. By train it will take about 1 hour to get there. Have fun exploring some different sights.
