In the current semester, we are again asking all examiners and examiner representatives for their cooperation in registering exchange students for exams. Not all exchange students are able to register for exams independently. We therefore need your support.
We ask you to take the following steps to register exchange students for their exams:
1. Please ask in your courses whether exchange students have already been able to register for the exams. For your information: Registration for course exams is always possible if students are enrolled in a degree program for which there is a corresponding course group assignment in Stud.IP, i.e., if there is a corresponding exam date for this degree program in the campus portal.
2. If this is not the case, please log in to the campus portal as an examiner (examiner representative is not sufficient).
3. Navigate to the “Achievements” section in the menu and select “Grading”.
4. Enter your name and the relevant semester in the search field and click on “Search.”
5. A list of all individual exams will be displayed. Find the correct exam number for the corresponding course. If there are several exam numbers, i.e., individual exams for one course, it does not matter which exam number you use to register exchange students for the exam. Open the grade lists by clicking on the red pencil icon “Edit grade list.”
6. In the grade entry section, you can enter the exchange student's student ID number at the bottom left under “Assess results.” Enter the student ID number there and save your entry.
7. The registration has been recorded. You have entered the person in the grade list.
This rule applies exclusively to exchange students this semester!
Please note that late registration by regular students leads to errors and considerable additional work.
