Due to the complete transition of the examination management to the Campus Portal, there arose the necessity of a central point of contact for all concerns regarding examination administration.
As the EXA Management, we are responsible for all questions and concerns regarding examination management in the Campus Portal for students and employees of the University of Passau.

All examination-related matters such as recognitions, certificate applications, requests for change of major, deadlines and dates, and examination schedules can still be found on the websites of the Examination Office.
The University's Campus Portal has been in operation since 2017. So far, the modules APP, STU and BI have been activated. Sincethe turn of the year 2022/23, the EXA module has also been available online.
The Campus Portal covers the entire student life cycle of the University of Passau's students. From application through enrollment and grade submission to certificate printing, all functions are integrated "in One".
The HISinOne software solution comprises several modules, of which at the University of Passau, now APP (Application), STU (Student Management), BI (Business Intelligence / Statistics) and EXA (Examinations) are online.
