EXA management is part of the key-user concept and is divided into four separate task areas.
- Study and examination regulations, complete with all rules and the actual documents, are mapped in PO Management ("PO" stands for exam regulation). The technical implementation of new study programmes is made possible in close coordination with the Study Programme Development Coordination Unit (KSE).
- Examination management involves tasks related to the organisation of examinations. A smooth examination phase is ensured in cooperation with the Examinations Office.
- Course Management ensures the interaction of Stud.IP and EXA. By connecting both services, exams can be created in EXA based on the course offerings in Stud.IP. Further information on Stud.IP synchronisation.
- Knowledge management documents decisions concerning EXA, prepares training documents and coordinates university-wide communication concerning EXA.
