HISinOne-EXA

The Campus Portal comprises several modules. The EXA module replaces HisQis. All degree programs have been integrated into the new system (as of February 2024), within which all relevant processes of the student life cycle are now bundled and accessible.

You can access the Campus Portal at  campus.uni-passau.de. 

APP

APP (Application) is the application management module for the University of Passau. If you have any questions, please contact the Student Registration Office.

STU

STU (Student Management) comprises everything related to the administration of students' degree programmes, such as enrollment, leave of absence and official notices regarding the student's study progression.

The contact point for these matters is the Student Registration Office.

BI

BI (Business Intelligence) is concerned with evaluating reports, notifications and key indicators.

For information on statistics, capacity calculations and allocation of funds visit the Reporting and Statistics Section's website .

EXA

EXA (Examinations) is the module that covers all aspects of exam organisation. This is where the provisions of the various study and examination regulations ("StuPOs") are mapped, but also where exam organisation and entry of study credits are done.

Information about examinations can be obtained from the Examinations Office.

Our areas of respon­sibilities and competences

  • Resolving system-related problems with exam registration, deregistration, and re-registration during the respective exam phases.
  • Adding missing modules and exams within the respective degree programs.
  • Correcting incorrect information in the campus portal.
  • Providing support for concerns and questions relating to the campus portal, with the exception of technical support.

You can reach us by email daily between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
We are available by phone daily from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Apart from these hours, please make an appointment.
To help us process your request, please include all necessary information (student ID number, degree program, exam number, course number).

Examinations Office

All examination-related matters such as recognitions, certificate applications, requests for change of major, deadlines and dates, and examination schedules can still be found on the websites of the Examination Office.

Help with technical problems

As usual, ZIM Support is available to assist with any questions regarding technical problems.
