The available times are Monday to Friday 11:00 to 15:00. The closing time of 15:00 must be observed. Please use the room request form on the Event Management website to make a reservation enquiry. If successful, you will receive a booking confirmation together with information on setting up the mulled wine stall.
Requests for reservations can be made from 20 November. If you have already requested a reservation, please resubmit your request. If the requested slot is already taken and alternative dates are suggested, this does not mean that the suggested dates will be temporarily reserved. The reservation period starts on 2 December.
Please note: You cannot reserve stalls for 9, 10 and 11 December.
Please also note that you are not permitted to sell food or collect donations. The mulled wine may only be served at cost price. Unfortunately, we cannot authorise the playing of music. The University's rules on advertising on campus apply.
