Student societies and student committees may apply via the Event Management Section website for rooms for their regular meetings (weekly or at other intervals) for the summer semester 2026; applications are open until 23 March inclusive. We ask for your understanding that room applications reaching us after the deadline cannot be considered in the semester room planning.
In this context, we would like to point out the applicable guidelines: Room bookings for meetings are possible from Mondays to Thursdays, 20:00 to 22:00 and on Fridays from 16:00 to 22:00. At weekends, rooms can be booked until 20:00. Only the student committees and societies actively registered in the student societies directory can apply for rooms. Applications must be submitted by the registered representatives or room coordinators.
