How to convert foreign grades into German grades

Sometimes it's necessary to work out the German equivalent of a grade you have achieved in a school or university in another country, for example, if you are applying for a master's programme with a bachelor's degree you have attained abroad. We use the "modified Bavarian formula" for converting grades. You can use our grade converter to apply this formula:
