Diversity mentoring mentUP* 2024/25: You have until 15 July to apply!
Applications are now being accepted for the next mentUP* round. Master's students, state examination candidates as well as doctoral, postdoctoral and habilitation researchers from all faculties that deal with diversity still have until 15 July 2024 to apply for the diversity mentoring programme mentUP*.
This programme aims to support members of groups at the University of Passau that are underrepresented in leadership positions through mentoring, workshops and coaching for their careers. The mentoring tandem is at the core of mentUP*. Mentees get to select mentors who then share their personal and professional experiences and support mentees in their professional development. To this end, they use their in-depth experience, know-how and professional network.
We are currently looking for applications from prospective mentees for the next iteration, which will start in October 2024.
