Recognition procedure for GeKu or SoBi degree programs
- If you would like to have your service learning recognized as part of your degree program, e.g., as a practical project, please contact the GeKu or SoBi program coordinator in advance to discuss the possibilities for recognition and implementation.
- You should also discuss the details with the course instructor in advance.
- The duration of the service learning must be confirmed by the course instructor and the AYCD program (AYCD Pass).
- In any case, a report of the same length as a regular internship report must be submitted, in which you reflect on your insights and experiences according to standard academic standards.
- Important note: AYCD only acts as an intermediary and does not award ECTS credits, only a volunteer certificate. The AYCD kick-off and closing events can be included in the number of hours completed.
