Three cultural evenings are to be held in the common room each semester. The tasks include:
- Recruiting volunteers from a country to present their homeland
- Preparing a presentation about the country and organizing German translations if necessary
- Designing an interactive element for the participants (e.g., cooking, dancing, or singing together)
- Maintaining contact with the Together Living & Learning in Europe team
- Handling advertising, public relations, and social media
- Coordinating the introduction to the common room
- Supervising and accompanying the cultural evening
When does the programme start?
October 28 at 5:00 p.m. in the common room at Lederergasse 1.
First meeting with the representative of the association “Gemeinsam leben und lernen in Europa e.V.”
