A wide range of projects can be funded via the committee for the promotion of student projects.
All students of the University of Passau (individuals, student societies or non-registered project groups) are eligible to apply
Please note the funding and application criteria, as well as the deadlines for submitting applications (1-2 times per semester).
The deadlines for the summer semester will be announced shortly.
It is not possible to submit an application outside the deadlines. The application will then not be processed until the next deadline.
Projects that have already been started/realised will not be funded.
Dear students,
With your student group or initiative, but also as an individual, you can apply for financial support from the university for the organisation and implementation of your own projects by submitting an application. The projects are reviewed by a student committee on behalf of the Student Parliament.

Funding is available for projects that fulfil one or more of the following criteria. Funded projects must be in line with the German Basic Law and should enrich student life. Critical discussion of the respective topic is encouraged at all events.

It is important that your project is open to students from all disciplines and that there is a close connection to the university.
Please note that this is grant funding. In order to obtain funding, other sponsors or donors must be available, especially for large-scale projects.
In order for applications to be reviewed, all documents must be submitted in full and on time. An application consists of a fully completed application form and a fully completed cost and financing plan. Please note that lecture fees may not exceed €130. No expense allowances/fees may be paid to members of the University.

The forms are provided in order to make the applications comparable and to minimise the administrative burden for the committee members.
The funding amount is paid out after successful completion of the project.
The form Abrechnung_Vortragsauslagen_studPro must be used for the payment of fees and allowances, as well as for the settlement of travel expenses.
Reimbursement of costs is only possible if the following documents are submitted to Mrs Katja Scholz (katja.scholz@uni-passau.de):
