Students and members of the public cannot visit the service points in person. All central service points can, however, be reached by telephone and e-mail during the usual office hours. Since many staff members are telecommuting due to the special situation we are finding ourselves in, they may not be reachable at their office phone number. If that is the case, please use e-mail to contact them.
Applications can be submitted by post or e-mail. In order to enable us to process your application as quickly as possible, we ask you to send applications by e-mail as a single PDF file arranged in the following order: application – supporting documents – additional information, if applicable.
For documents that are not in German or English, a certified translation is required.
