For the summer semester 2023, the University of Passau is offering a scholarship programme for the fifth time for committed female bachelor's and master's students in STEM subjects who have the potential for an academic career. The aim is to increase the proportion of women in STEM subjects, which currently have less than 40 per cent female students. Funding is provided for two to three female students per semester for 12 months each with a monthly scholarship of 935 euros for the following degree programmes:
- B.Sc. Computer Science
- M.Sc. Computer Science
- B.Sc. Internet Computing
- B.Sc. Mathematics
- M.Sc. Computational Mathematics
- B.Sc. Business Computing
- M.Sc. Information Systems
- Teacher education programme in Computer Science (Gymnasium, Realschule)
- M.Sc. Artificial Intelligence Engineering
