ZIM’s 24h password service

In case you forget your password, this service retrieves it as long as you have access to your registered email address and/or mobile number.

To avail the 24h password service, first, you have to register your private email address and mobile phone number through HISQIS. Then, sign up for this service at https://www.zim.uni-passau.de/en/systems-login/my-zim-account/.
