All the relevant information on the MSCA4Ukraine call for applications is available on the Scholars at Risk website, including the Call and the Terms of Reference. These documents cover eligibility criteria, application requirements, guidance for applicants and further terms and conditions. Applications must be submitted via an online portal, which will open on 24 October. They will be reviewed on a rolling basis until all available funds are committed.
