After an introductory presentation by Professor Barmeyer on "Intercultural Entrepreneurship", two internationally operating start-ups enriched the evening with their presentations and the subsequent discussion: On the one hand Vivian Loftin from recyda, a start-up that enables companies to produce in a more environmentally friendly way with a software for recording worldwide recycling standards. On the other hand, Daniel Moncayo from Galeras Coffee, which distributes his grandfather's Colombian coffee in Germany, brings producers and consumers together and ensures more responsible purchasing decisions through transparency. We wish both start-ups all the best on their road ahead!
Another highlight of the evening was the internationality of the audience, which included among participants from the University of Passau, also students and professors from the University of Minnesota Duluth, USA, Université du Québec à Montréal, Canada, Turkish-German University, Istanbul and University of Pavia, Italy. We were very happy about the lively participation of up to 70 participants!
With this fond memory, we now wish you all relaxing holidays and a happy new year!
