Changes to ZIM IT Support

In April 2025, IT Support will be launching new digital processes.

The IT Support portal will serve as the new digital interface. Use this platform to submit tickets for your inquiries at any time. Soon, you will be able to access a 24/7 AI-powered IT support chat here.

Due to the evolving IT support structure, public access is currently restricted. Whenever necessary, appointments will be scheduled with you through the ticketing system.

Please use the appropriate form on the IT Support portal to create a ticket. Going forward, new ticket requests will no longer be accepted via email sent to IT Support.

The IT Support staff will process your ticket requests as quickly as possible from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 to 16:00, and Friday, 9:00 to 13:00. During this time, IT Support may also contact you by phone for further inquiries if necessary.
