Exchange between students and immigrant professionals
As part of this program, students and young professionals are paired with immigrant professionals from similar fields.
Who are we looking for?
Students or young professionals with one to two years of professional experience who would like to serve as mentors.
Who are the mentees?
The mentees are immigrant academics who would like to return to their profession in Germany. They have a university degree or professional experience from their home country and have at least B1-level German language skills.
How can you help specifically?
You have the opportunity to pass on knowledge, support others in starting their careers, and actively shape intercultural exchange.
