Diversity Mentoring Programme mentUP* is now accepting applications
Would you like to develop your career in academia or take on an executive position in the future? The mentUP* diversity mentoring programme helps you to plan your career strategically, provides career-relevant knowledge and prepares you for future leadership and management roles.
The programme features regular tandem discussions with your mentor, interactive training units and discussions within the participant network to enhance your personal and methodological skills. The Diversity Mentoring Programme will enter its fourth round in October 2022. It lasts 12 months.
With mentUP*, the University of Passau promotes members of groups that have so far been underrepresented at universities and in leadership positions. It is aimed at master's students, state examination candidates, doctoral students, postdocs and habilitation candidates of all faculties. The application round ends on 30 June 2022.
